Historically, many women were given misinformation, told their symptoms were “just stress,” or left to navigate this transition without education or support. 

This Women’s History Month, we are creating space for awareness, truth, and community.

Following the one-hour documentary, we will hold space for a in-person panel discussion to reflect, ask questions, and support women navigating perimenopause and menopause. Light mocktails, refreshments, and community resource partners will be present to create a welcoming and supportive educational experience.
